If you're anything like me, you may have found yourself wondering...
"What IS a life coach anyway?!"
Before I did some much needed research and made up my mind to pursue life coach training, I had heard the term "life coach" thrown around here and there and while it sounded intriguing, I had no clue what life coaches were or what they did. Was life coaching a legitimate profession or some kind of hokey fad? Again, I was clueless.
Ultimately, I discovered that life coaches are a special breed of helping professional; one that I'm now proud to be a member of.
Simply put, life coaches are for YOU and all about YOU.
We are champions of you and what you want to achieve. We are there to listen, to provide support, to offer insights, to give you space to be you. And we do it all without judgment, criticism, or a personal agenda.
We know you're awesome and are prepared to prove it.
Maybe you're wanting to go back to college, write a book, change careers, or lose weight.
Maybe you're wanting to get organized or start a new project.
Maybe you've been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and you'd like to find ways to improve your focus, follow-through, and productivity.
Maybe you're going through a transition like first-time parenthood, a recent divorce, or retirement and are having a hard time adjusting.
Life coaching can help you eliminate the "mental clutter" like self-doubt, perceived limitations, indecision, and negative beliefs that keep you stuck and unable to achieve what you truly want.
